This guide covers the admin side of purchases: viewing orders, creating manual orders, and managing customer records.
Orders
Open Avenia Digital Products → Orders to see recent purchases. The list shows status, customer, total, payment method, and date.
Statuses you will see:
Pending
Checkout started, payment not finished yet. A pile of pending orders often means a payment or webhook problem (see System Status and Troubleshooting).
Completed
Payment received, or a manual/free order you fulfilled.
Failed
Payment did not succeed.
Open an order to see line items, totals, any discount, tax (when Add tax at checkout collected an amount), license keys, and links to related subscriptions. From the order you can also revoke access when needed (see Access Control).
Create A Manual Order
Manual orders are for comps, support replacements, offline payments, or fixing access without asking the customer to check out again.
- Go to Orders and choose Create Order, or open a customer and use Assign Product.
- Search for an existing customer by email, or enter a new name and email.
- Select the product and pricing tier.
- For subscriptions, choose the billing period.
- Optionally set a custom order total if you are charging a different amount offline.
- Choose whether to send order, download, and license emails.
- Choose whether to create a WordPress account for the customer.

Manual orders complete immediately and use the payment method “manual”. Downloads and licenses are granted like a normal paid order. Subscriptions created this way do not auto-renew through Stripe or PayPal; they end on the date shown unless you extend them.
Customers
Avenia Digital Products → Customers lists people who purchased, received a manual order, or used an email-required free download.
Open a customer to see their order history and to:
- Assign a product (shortcut to a manual order)
- Revoke all access for that person
Each customer is keyed by email. If a WordPress user exists with the same email, the records are linked.
