You do not need a separate analytics tool to see how the store is doing. The plugin includes a dashboard and reports inside WordPress.
Dashboard
Avenia Digital Products → Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot:
- Total sales from completed orders
- Recent orders with links to open them
- How many subscriptions are active (status Active — not Trialing)
Use it as your morning check-in, not as a full accounting system.
Reports
Avenia Digital Products → Reports goes deeper. Report types include:
Sales overview
Revenue, order count, and average order value for the selected period.
Orders
Orders within the period.
Monthly revenue
Sales broken down by month — useful for bookkeeping.
Sales by payment method
How much came through Stripe, PayPal, manual, or free.
Orders by status
Pending, completed, and failed. A spike in pending orders is a signal to check webhooks and payment settings.
Top products
Best sellers ranked by revenue (units sold are shown as a column), helpful when deciding what to promote.
Subscriptions
Overview of subscription statuses. This report is not filtered by time period the same way sales reports are; it reflects subscription records overall.

Time Periods
Most sales reports can be limited to last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, this year, or all time.
Export To A Spreadsheet
Use the CSV export on the reports screen to open data in Excel or Google Sheets. Export the report and period you are viewing, then save a copy for your accountant or your own records.
Tips
Check pending orders regularly. Many pending orders usually mean payments are not completing, often a webhook or credential issue ( see System Status).
Use top products when planning discounts or bundles.
Export monthly revenue at the end of each month so you have a simple sales log outside WordPress.
